Minor wear like slight softness

Warranty Solutions:

If a claim is approved, we will either:

Repair the mattress

Replace it with a similar model

Transportation Costs:

The customer is responsible for all delivery or transport charges related to warranty claims.

Warranty works on a ‘carry-in’ basis.

Limitations:

Warranty only covers the original purchase value.

No coverage for transport costs, emotional or physical damages, or additional losses.

Any implied warranties will not exceed the duration of the limited warranty.

No other party is authorized to extend or change the warranty terms.
