Eight hours of friction, or eight hours of repair.
Cotton pulls. It drags at the hair cuticle, presses lines into the face and quietly drinks the moisture out of everything you applied before bed.
Silk does the opposite. A smoother fibre means fewer broken strands, fewer sleep creases and skincare that stays where you put it. It is the least effortful upgrade in any routine — you simply lie down.

The morning ritual
Five minutes that change the whole face.
Cool stone, slow strokes, a little pressure along the jaw. Gua sha and chilled rollers move the fluid that settles overnight and press serum deeper into the skin instead of leaving it on the surface.
Cleanse
Start on bare, dry skin.
Oil
A few drops so the stone glides.
Sculpt
Three to five upward strokes.
Cool
Finish with the ice roller.
